Most smoothies are nutrient void. Most junk fruit beverages and smoothies only contain between 5 and 15% fruit and some contain even less than that. They do however contain lots of water, sugar, additives and preservatives.
A delicious smoothie mix will be full of fruit and taste like the REAL fruit. A true smoothie mix will include a fresh fruit flavor profile and not be sugary or overly sweet.
